Rob brings more than 30 years of public-service and operational experience spanning private security, executive protection, law enforcement, emergency medical services, fire-rescue, tactical medicine, training, and organizational leadership.

His background includes leadership and operational responsibility in both domestic and high-risk international environments.

Robert's experience includes:

He has managed security operations across client contracts, overseen staffing and training compliance, conducted risk assessments and site evaluations, developed operational policies, and supported leadership with performance and incident review.

Robert has also directed training programs serving hundreds of military and civilian personnel and supervised teams of instructors responsible for tactical, medical, and protective-services training.

His protective-services background includes overseas diplomatic protection assignments in Iraq and Afghanistan, where he served in protective, medical, training, and supervisory roles supporting high-threat operations.

Earlier experience includes military police service, law enforcement, fire-rescue, EMS, public-safety communications, tactical medical support, and emergency-services leadership.
